These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of tearoots.in (the "Store") and your purchase of products from Bigwin Technologies Private Limited ("Bigwin Technologies", "we", "us"), operating the brand Tearoots. By accessing the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products & Pricing
We sell tea and related products. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, prices, and availability, but errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct them and to cancel affected orders with a full refund.

2. Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, and a contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

3. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By placing an order you confirm that the payment information you provide is valid and authorised.

4. Food Product Disclaimer
Our products are food items. Information on the Store is for general purposes and is not medical advice. Please check ingredients and allergen information before consumption. Brewing results and taste may vary. Products are stored and handled in compliance with applicable food-safety regulations; our FSSAI license number is [FSSAI LICENSE – PENDING].

5. Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Delivery, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property
The Tearoots name, logo, content, images, and design are the property of Bigwin Technologies Private Limited and may not be used without our written permission.

7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Store, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Store or purchase of products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
