Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on tearoots.in, operated by Bigwin Technologies Private Limited (Tearoots).

1. Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location within India. Remote or non-metro areas may take longer. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹599.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders of ₹599 or less.

4. Coverage & Payment
We currently ship across India. At launch we accept prepaid orders only; Cash on Delivery is not available.

5. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email. You can also contact support@tearoots.in for updates.

6. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or events beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will assist.

7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur re-shipping charges.
